My father loves the last five minutes of the show when the two members of the family compete to win the big prize. I think it's the Game Show network that runs a block of the current incarnation from around 5pm to 8pm every day. So, at every :25 and :55 he would switch over. I saw a lot of dumb folks trying to win the feud. I can't say I'm a big fan of Steve Harvey, either.
On a puzzling note, my father admitted twice that he has been watching the show since college, which I'm pretty sure is about thirty years before it first aired with Richard Dawson. I let that one go.
