We use Bollywood rather ubiquitously but the major film industries are Bollywood (Bombay - the biggest), Tollywood (Telugu flix) and Kollywood (Tamil flix). There are more. India has like 17+ major languages.
I've seen some Indian superhero flix. There was this Tollywood one - Mugamoodi - which was kind of a Wing Chun using Batman character. It was okay. Fights weren't bad but the dance scenes needed more. I didn't have subs so that detracted heavily from my experience.
