Sailor Moon

So the brand new series started and it's a retelling of the original series with glossier animation, sort of like the redux of Star Trek or Batman, only anime. Sailor Moon looks a little too Barbie-esque, a little too Paris Hilton. Not sure I like it. The original, although a lot rougher animation-wise, holds a little more charm. The new one is capitalizing on the fact that most viewers know exactly where this is going.
