When I re-introduced myself back to fencing back in the 90's, he was my first coach. I arranged for the Yeti to come down and hold a seminar at his studio which didn't go all that well. Everyone had to order ice packs for their knees because the floor was rough
He has a bit of an inferiority complex when it comes to Olympic style fencers and was a bit intimidated when the big boys came down from up North.
But he is managing a very successful fencing school over in Burbank.
