I forgot to mention the best part of the allergy attack. I got home and tried to pass out but it was early and I was in pain. So I cracked that 10 Year Laphroaig and took a shot. Lo and behold, my sinuses cleared. As I suspected, single malt = good medicine. Unfortunately, my sinuses only stayed clear while I could hold the shot in my mouth, which I can actually do for some time, but that's no way to sleep. Anyway, I put a good dent in that bottle.
I found my Rishikesh Shiva and my Bodh Gaya austerities Buddha.
Still haven't found my copy of Hallucinations.
I was stunned by all the crazy organics lines in Staff of Life. One of the main reasons I stay veg is because it reduces the degrees of freedom for me. You guys know me. I'm easily stunned by too many choices. Like a frog in a maglite. So by being veg, there are whole sections of the menu or the supermarket that I don't even need to waste my time at. Now, I'm overwhelmed by all these new products. I realized that I really have to step up my hippie game in Santa Cruz. Everyone out hippies me there. Not used to that.
Need to decide on a good Cruz bumper sticker. The skate/surf board logo doesn't quite work for me as I do neither. There are these whole earth ones that are very popular, featuring stuff like mermaids, sharks, dolphins, otters, sunflowers, starfish, waves, and such. They have one with a shark that says 'beware the locals' but I'm not into sharks. Definitely no slugs as I dropped out of UCSC. I saw a SC Shakespeare that looked cool, but I've never seen SC Shakespeare. There are also HWY1 stickers, but I'm going to be more of a HWY17 driver. Alas, decisions, decisions...
