There's quite a bit of Victorian steampunk out there. I recently tried reading Paul Di Filippo's The Steampunk Trilogy. He's actually an impressive writer and he has a great sense of humor. But for some reason I only got through 1.5 of the 3 novelettes. Wikipedia has a nice list of steampunk:

But if you're talking Asian steampunk, it gets trickier. You can find a lot of art, especially at deviantart.com. Just google (image search) "Asian Steampunk".
As for Asian steampunk literature, I really thought there was a fair amount of it out there until you asked the question. I avoided looking for it while writing my three stories, because I wanted to tap into my hopefully unique background rather than risk becoming derivative. But now that I'm looking, I'm not finding much at all. I asked Lady Cranefly about it, and she said nope, there isn't much Asian steampunk to date.
What I'm thinking of doing is uploading my three stories to a private folder on my website, then providing links to them here, if you're interested. The three stories fall under the umbrella title, "Tales of Purple Cloud Pagoda." The stories themselves are "Fishing Excursion along the Lower Yangtze," "Teapot Rebellion" and "Last Crane to Yangzhou."
