Real cameos, yes, well, that wasn't my intention with this thread, but I'm happy to go there.
The only one that comes immediately to mind which may be preserved for posterirty was my posterior on the VH1 documentary that was done on Rock Med a few years ago. You can see my butt as they panned across the room for a shot in one of the episodes.
