Brain circus insomnia
3:30 on sleep in day!
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

Post show buzz. But I’m feeling the crash coming down…

Saturday’s show threw off my circadians. I was planning to finish Pursuit of Jade yesternight but after a late afternoon macha drink that was strong enough to make my jaw flex, I crashed out at around 9. And now I’m awake. Fortunately I only have one meeting tomorrow, the longassbossmang, which doesn’t start until 10, so I can sleep in a little. Unfortunately I don’t sleep in very much anymore. My circadians wake me with sunrise.
Eager to save some daylight soon. Thst should put me back on track.

Imagine that. Can't convince my brain it should be fast asleep after Fourteen hours of air travel and a ten hour time change.

I suspect you'll be entering a few posts here over the next few nights...

It seems extra mean to have to set the clocks back during my jet lag recovery
