I have a spot of work, then I’m headed over to 5 Branches University to shoot some sort of interview video (I’m the interviewee not the interviewer) and then I’m up to BGC for Sara Bareilles who I’ve never seen before: it’s Rocktober at Rock Med and I’ve been getting calls to come out because staffing is low (we have a large student volunteer base that disappears in October because they’re back at school). I was free tonight so I figured I’d volunteer to get some brownie points and Sara was the mellowist choice.

I got my flu & covid shots on Monday. It was rough for my morning meeting yesterday because I was feeling achy and had a headache, plus my shoulder was very sore. The aches faded by lunch, but my shoulder wouldn't let me sleep on that side last night. It's better today. We might go to a movie in lieu of this probably rainy day.
