Doom Dreams

Too many people who have passed cluttering up my dreams.

Ghosts.

Legbone has been the worst. He still haunts me some nights.

LDW hit me up again last night. Probably had to do with his wife calling me to ask for some pictures for his obit.

Can it be as obvious as it seems? That the gift is important and not the wrapping?

Presents typically symbolize opportunity but the giving of presents can be connected to guilt or the desire to be acknowledged.

Mind you, that’s sorta standard Jungian take which I was taught at sjsu back when I was an undergrad in the Pleistocene era. Interpretations may have shifted and certainly are adapted for your unique psychological makeup.

Dreamt I was supposed to go on a last minute trip to Europe (France/Germany) and was fretting about packing all the right things and constantly remembering another thing I needed while the window before the flight was closing and I still needed to get to the airport. Eventually, in the dream, I missed the flight which opened up more time to fret about things I would need for the trip. 

All in all, it was a terrible, unrestful sleep and I awoke feeling relieved that I don't have any international travel plans at the moment.
