I got 8 hours last night too. I did get up in the middle of the night to pee but went straight back to sleep. I usually sleep 6-7 hours nowadays.

I’ve been looking forward to this morning because I could sleep in. But I popped wide awake a little after 3, and awake I still am obvs. Been over an hour. Got up to pee out of boredom.

Unless this is the dream. It would be a stupik dream, a waste of subconscious. I’ll know tomorrow if this post is real or not.

Only managed one sleep cycle despite being exhausted from sdcc. It’s habit from the last 3 nights. If I could just get down again, I could get 2 more much-needed restorative hours…

I drank a vietnamese coffee this afternoon so I wouldn't fall asleep at Spidey. Now it looks like I won't fall asleep until tomorrow...

Of course I’m tweaking pre-flight but it’s ok. It’s a 10 hour 40 min flight. Happy to sleep then.

Good ol’ Jet lag
I was 16 hours in transit including the train to the airport, the mad dashes through Kyoto & Tokyo airports to compensate for my cancelled flight, the car sickening shuttle ride to retrieve Darth from svale, and getting caught behind traffic just prior to summit on hwy17. 
Got home, crashed for a bit, ate & started laundry, restarted my Mac because Stacy unplugged everything to shut off the back up battery alarm, took a fistful of herbal sleep aids and went down after sunset. 
And here we are, wide awake at 1:30 am.
