World Cup
#61
They boo the hydration break because it stops play. The hydration break is a new thing brought in for the advertisers. Before this world cup you just played the entire half without a break. Now there is the hydration break and the only reason to have it is for ads.

The Red Card was bullshit. A BH player did the exact same action, as replays showed, as the USA player but did not receive any penalty. The most the USA player should have gotten was a yellow.

Good game.

Powerade was a major sponsor. I drank too much Powerade (even took one home last night for lunch today). I think it makes you thirstier.

And Balogun is out for the start of next game against Belgium. Harsh penalty at this stage of the games.

A fan was holding a big sign that said 'Sun's out! Balogun's out!' That was prophetic.

So fun. FIFA dominated my last two weeks. It was a great run for RM, uncharted territory. Glad I went.

I'll try to watch the upcoming games because now I'm invested, but I've got a full schedule. I'm free on Monday for the US v Belgium. Tix as low as $2676. We'll see...

Enjoying my caprese on ciabatta Sammy, my staff meal from yesterday. Comes with the most flavorless apple ever. And chip. Plus i grabbed another blue Powerade on the way out last nite.

FIFA flashback.

Still bumming about the loss of my Shaolin Temple bracelet but rejoicing in my new red & gold Luchador mask. That same doc gave me this weird Mexican candy called Pelon Mini. Enjoying that now. Well, eating it, not sure how enjoyable it is. It's kinda odd.

Time to start your plans for the Women's World Cup in 2031 held here in the States.

The Argentina vs Cape Verde match was excellent. Sad to see Cape Verde go but they took Argentina right to the brink. At the end, Argentina looked like they escaped more than that they won.

Fuckin horror clown
Somehow he figures a way to insert is fat orange ass into FIFA and make it about him.
Something I’ve been really enjoying about the games (apart from being at 3 of them) was the lack of him. But no…

It's pretty bad. Quite the stain on tonight's game. The best thing the USA team can do is sit Balogun for the entire game. We will see how the Belgian appeal turns out.

Saw Brazil vs Norway and bits of England vs Mexico. Both games were stunners. One of the English players got a yellow card and broke his arm, but never played a minute of the match. The Norwegian Haaland is really fun to watch especially when he leads the post game row with the fans in the stands.

What are you watching on?

We watched the second half of England v Mexico and highlights from Brazil v Norway. We started watching England v Mexico on some rogue Youtube broadcast and it looked weird, sped up and then the clock got all messed up. Then we discovered it was an AI simulation. srsly?

I hope the England team can get our of Mexico alive.

Harland looks so Norwegian, like a modern day viking.
