Iai tonight. Tara is coming this evening. She is done with Law School. Finished her last class this week. Stacy and Tara are Tassajara bound tomorrow, leaving me & Yuki to have a weekend of boys' nights. It's gonna be poker and cigars, and lots of dog treats.

Tara is here because she’s leaving with Stacy to Tassajara but not before we grab breakfast at Java Junction. Then I’ve got a sold weekend of work, N errand to midtown wifh includes lunch with Kung Fu classmate (a native Parisian who just went to Japan where we’re headed - we’re hitting up the crepe place ironically). Then Yuki and I are bachelors. We’ll probably just watch TV and gorge on snacks.

Waiting on my Lowe's delivery. Build some more planter boxes because I had thoughts. And since I bought too much lumber, I'm building more planter boxes. And me being me, I decided to be fancy on the next round of planters which necessitated the use of my construction calculator. I'm also getting some bits and bobs to complete the drip irrigation for the currently installed planter boxes.

Yes, I'm keeping myself busy while waiting on festival announcements.

Today I’m helping to move the academy then groceries (need more snacks). Taking care of Yuki. Writing. A spot of work.

Installed the sprinkler system for the backyard and side yard planters. Built more planters for the garden proper. Afternoon calls for stain.

Made a quick run to svale to bring mom some flowers and cookies for Mother's Day, get some joss from Ranch 99 for the academy closing, and bring in a new vanity and sink to my mom's house that were delivered yesterday. 

Now I'm back at the bungalow - I need to finish a YMAA article (on soccer no less!) and lay out the KFTC ads for issue #3.
