It's a documentary series telling the story of the Von Dutch brand, in three episodes. There are several double crosses. It seems obvious that pretty much everyone did a lot of coke but that's not mentioned. Martial arts connection: the guy who ran the company and oversaw it's expansion from a tiny t-shirt company to a multi-million dollar brand was Tonny Sorensen, a Taekwondo champion. It all falls apart at the end.
It was interesting, but I think it could have been a bit shorter and clearer. There's no voice over, just people talking, so we are left wondering who (if anyone) is telling the truth sometimes. There are a lot of shady characters.
Recommended if you enjoyed the documentaries about Theranos, WeWork, and the Fyre Festival.
