He's from the Quanzhou temple, not the Songshan one. I was about to badly paraphrase a bit from a Pink Floyd song (How can you have any pudding, if you don't eat your meat) as an analogy about the connection between loosening your calf muscles in order to loosen your hamstring and I resisted dammit. I resisted.
