Set in the world of The Boys superhero show, Gen V is set in Godolkin University (God U) where the powered kids learn to become Superheroes with a chance at joining the 7. Maire Moreau transfers from juvenile detention when she is accepted into Godolkin. Her power is based in the blood. She can use her own blood as a weapon. This led to my first question what happens when she runs out of blood. Her roommate at school is Cricket who can shrink herself down to a really small size.
Since this is the world of Vought things are not as they seem. There is something under the surface affecting the students. Since this is the world of The Boys there is a tremendous amount of blood shed. And there is some really off the charts sex scenes.
It was okay first episode. I will watch more.
