A documentary release in 2021, mostly in Spanish, narrated by Malcolm McDowell about the showing of Clockwork Orange at a film festival in a rural community in Spain, in 1975, at the height of Franco's regime, under extreme censorship. It's a well done doc, but it took me a few sittings to consume as I got easily distracted from it.
I think the best/meta part is when the documentarians find some college age Spaniards, many of whom don't know anything about the movie or Kubrick and get a bunch of sound bites from them, then sit them down for a little ultra-vi.
recommended if you like Kubrick, clockwork orange, or documentaries that are put together pretty well.
