I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. Keep in mind that I don't care for Kristen Stewart and am still on the fence about Jesse Eisenberg. But this is a fun stoner film, with a spy spin. It's sanguinuous and there's an excellent long-shot fight sequence in a shopping market towards the end. And there was some decent hallucinatory elements. There was also a comic book angle that I enjoyed and you all know my general disdain for comic books. Both Kristen and Jesse earn points in my book for this one.

I caught this on Netflix. I have the same feelings about Stewart and Eisenberg. But there are lots of good supporting players like Walter Goggins, Connie Britton, Johne Leguziamo and Bill Pullman. I thought Topher made some bad acting decisions by going with the boss that yells to get his ways. That style of leadership never seems to work, so Topher came off as a mustache twirling villain.
Would have liked an explanation as to why they suddenly decided that Eisenberg had to be eliminated. I thought the ending was a disservice to the story that had gone on before and wasn't really in keeping with Eisenberg's character.
The fights were good and fun. Lots of people unloading their guns from a standing position without hitting anyone or getting hit.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
