2 eps in. It's an intriguing dystopian premise but I'm not sure if I'll hang with it for 3 seasons. The first season is 10 eps.
It's somewhat plodding, lots of long slow atmospheric scenes filled with sonorous droning chords and ominous dread. Stacy is not into Elizabeth Moss. I've not made up my mind yet. I do like the world they've built - it's well conceived, great political commentary like sci-fi should be, although this is set just a little bit in the future so the tech is no more advanced than today's. It's the social constructs that are fascinating. No sword fights yet although I think I saw a sword on a bookshelf in the Commander's mancave. Lots of ritualized and psychological rape.
