The best actor here was JCVD. That should be a 'nuf said review, but I'll rant a little longer. I watched this because JCVD's daughter Bianca had top billing. She's terrible, btw, a completely vacuous actress at this point (more to come on her later). JCVD has really matured lately, so much so that I'm totally reevaluating my opinion of his work. It's still B fight flicks, but he's got a sense of humor about himself now and that's totally the way to play it. His appearance here lends a peculiar gravitas to a throwaway flick. No sword fights, but there is one decent fight midway through this, and of course, a father/daughter fight, which was a little disappointing. This is a totally avoidable film on every level.
