I have found my new favorite BBQ place, Lesters. The Ribs are great. The sides are fabulous. I dream about their delectable mashed potatoes. I wish I could make their mac and cheese. Their motto, Eat and Get out.
The only downside in the greatness that is Lester's, is that it is 3000 miles away in Burlington, MA. The Queen and I stumbled into this place completely by chance. We were doing the Greg nostalgia tour where I searched for my birth mother and original dwelling when hunger overcame us. I saw a bunch of people sitting in this place, so I immediately made a wrong turn through their drive through. I was hungry. The place was packed. It was counter service where you stood in line to order and pick up your food. I was worried, but it all paid off when the food was great.
I suggest getting plane tickets and going to Burlington to see if I'm wrong. I'm not and none of you can disprove it.
Remember, Eat and get out.
