I coulda put this in Martial Arts Trailers but I thought I'd give the ruskybots something to ponder...

This wasn’t a horror at all. It’s a martial arts comedy. It begins with a frantic multiple opponent knife fight that’s a tasty bit of choreo - very complex and imaginative. After dispatching his attackers, he’s shot & killed. The cartridge is found by a college student who becomes possessed by the ghost of the hitman. He follows her everywhere telling her that the way to exorcise him is to avenge him. When they touch, he takes over her body and becomes a pro hitman capable of absurd feats of violence.

Akari Takaishi plays the college student Fumika. She was also Chisato in Baby Assassins, so she can handle high level choreo. There’s some surprisingly solid fights in here, broken up by the comic relief of how annoying it is to be possessed by a hitman. 

There were some slow moments (there’s a side story about a bar that drugs girls to assault them that is a bit of a detour but delivers a satisfying come uplands to all the perps at the hands of Fumika.) Hut it’s entertaining over all, particularly with the hitman’s rival bromance.
