Good voice cast...

Watched the first ep. Typical d&d-esque fantasy animation, but therein lies its roots. Surpringly sanguineous and packed with F-bombs. The animation style reminded me of Korra, especially Beau. 
The writer is Tasho Huo, who I worked with for Immortal Studios and has gotten a lot of gigs lately, but she doesn’t know that monks are male and monastic females are either nuns or sisters. Some of the characters have potential but I’m not sure I’ll watch more. Despite good buzz, it didn’t grab me.
