It’s so NPC and I disdain Don Johnson, but he was perfect for this role. The dialogs with him and the dog are impressive when you imagine what is was like without the dog speaking.

I've only seen a few minutes and some stills. Jane Fonda had some great costumes.

I liked this movie, especially because Harlan "Wee Tiny Angry Litigious Man" Ellison hated it.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
