Fresno

We drove to Fresno yesterday.

A test is in order.

Why did we drive to Fresno yesterday?

A) To visit my niece Carla in nearby Visalia, only we'd forgotten she'd moved on years ago. Oops.

B) To play at its world-famous water park.

C) To take in its scenic vistas.

D) By prior arrangement, to adapt a kitten at the local Petco.

Almost to the Lair! Where there are plenty of cats.

You also answered the question the Queen and I asked when we fostered the kittens: Who would drive that far just to get a kitten?

I'm curious what are you going to adapt the Kitten for? Undersea Adventures? Off Roading?
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

I mentioned that you were fostering.  But LCF had gotten fixated on this kitten, and I didn't dare say more.  But if it had fallen through, I would have suggested looking your way next.

Good thing. Our fosters are gone. And I think they were adopted out of that very same Petco. Plus, that is a good looking cat.

Carla is looking well.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

DM, you are setting a very dangerous precedent here.

Mustn't mention this to Lady Cranefly...
