I’m almosr sure I saw Bill Murray in there…. Or was that the Ant Man trailer? Too many planes, too many classes, not enough sleep.

And done. It's a quicky. James Gunn bragged that he wrote the show in a couple of days. It felt like it. They probably should have kept the big reveal out of the trailers but oh well. He was still pretty funny. It did help that they filmed this while filming GotG Vol 3 because they got to use those sets. There were touching bits and funny bit but there's not a lot to this. The songs were the best part.

That was great fun. Hit all the right notes for a Xmas special for me. When I think of other franchise xmas specials, none were as entertaining (okay, I confess all I can think of is the Star Wars one and apart from Boba Fett, well, ‘nuf said, right?) Glad to see more of Mantis. This may become an annual Xmas watch.
