It seemed like she had been sick forever. I didn't realize it was 30 years.

Turned on KZSC as background music and DJ Kai Dragon played some ONJ on his Have a Nice Day! show which replays 70s AM gold focusing on a particular year. This morning's year is 1975. 

Have You Never Been Mellow & I Honestly Love You brought back memories from elementary school. Elementary School! That was just prior to when I was labeled MGM for the ELP (mentally gifted minder & extended learning program). We were extracted from 'normal' classes and programmed with an special curriculum, excluded from the regular student body. That was messed up in retrospect and sent me in a direction that warped my development.
