Tara brought me some hard kombucha, the only alcohol she is dabbling in since she came of age. It’s 4.5 so a little stronger than a beer. Comes in cans like beer. No sugar, carbs, gluten, gmos. Live probiotics, organic, vegan & keto. From Flying Embers.
I had a can last night - grapefruit (which I’m not supposed to have because it negates one of my meds).
It was pretty good. I like kombucha although it can be vinegary but I like vinegar. It’s usually too expensive when I’m at the store and will opt for ice tea instead so I seldom drink it. I’d drink more if offered but probably won’t buy it. This wasn’t vinegary. It was more like a hard seltzer, a lite taste, would be refreshing on a hot day. Just as buzzy as a beer.
I slept like a stone last night. That’s a plus.
