Piere Paolo Pasolini (1995) by Ivo Barnabò Micheli
#1
This documentary (58 minutes) was on criterion.com, and I decided to watch it before saying "Addio!" to Pasolini.

It's in Italian, peppered with clips of Pasolini's films along with footage of Pasolini himself, often explaining his artistic philosophy, which keeps changing throughout his short life; and it's way too much to try to absorb from the subtitles (which often disappear while you're still trying to grok them).

A fascinating man, and I appreciated seeing old footage of him.  But this is not the best way to gain a deeper understanding of what he was about.
I'm nobody's pony.
