I've snagged a few Groupon's to this place.
Basically it's a fusion of Soul Food (mainly Louisiana style) and vegan ingredients. You can get southern-fried tofu, veggie gumbo, cornbread, iced tea and beer. My omnivore boss goes with me and says it's surprisingly tasty. I usually hate vegan stuff (my veggie fare should have lots of milk, cheese, eggs and honey) but was pleasantly suprised by the spiciness of the menu.
Anyway - a place to go if you are looking for hard-core vegan stuff. If not, cross the street to the Buttercup Grill; still my favorite breakfast diner.
