Indo-Chinese fusion

I confess - I love Indo-Chinese fusion. A few Indian joints near my office offer some. Amma's does some straight up Chinese dishes, but not for the lunch specials sadly. Chaat Bhavan does a Chinese Bhel, which is this crazy delicious noodle dish that really tastes like a fusion of the best spices of Indian and Chinese food. I've read of a few more Indian restaurants in the area that are beginning to offer this fare. The waiters always seem overly amused when I order it, though.

That could be a very good thing...
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

And cheap. Two great cheap filling tasty cuisines fused. Often, it's offered in the general dishes of an Indian menu - you'll see something like "Chaat Manchurian". At Amma's, there's a small section devoted to Chinese food. I've been eager to try their sweet and sour soup, but it's only offered for dinner.

India and China share a border, so there's been a lot of exchange.
