But I think you need to srsly consider a cane, brother.

The only cane I am considering is candy.

The dumb thing about Shaolin cane is that it requires a 540 tornado kick towards then end of the set. Hard to do if you need a cane. A 360 is hard to do. Can you do a 360 tornado kick Greg? If not, you need a cane.

The other Candy I would consider would be John.

Well, that was the last rehab visit. I guess I'm fixed? Except for the part where I can only reach about 60% above my head with my left arm. It was explained to me during the visit the only thing I can do is keep exercising the shoulder. I can add weights at some point. But Kaiser has taken me as far as they can.

Yeah. Thanks, Kaiser

I’m a month into PT for my knees & wrists & weak leg. So far it is making a significant difference. Stairs are not as painful, I’m a little livelier when getting stabbed. The bad news is that the weak leg is permanent, but strengthening the muscles helps.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

I did a lot of PT for my neck when I was first diagnosed with cervical arthritis. My fav was when they put me in this machine that stretched my neck. I was to lie in that contraption for like a half hour as it pulled on my head and all I could think about was that someone designed it and then someone built it and then someone sold it to Kaiser…

Speaking of stretching, I started doing a new exercise, and the other day it apparently stretched my spine somehow causing it to crack in five places rapidly, one after the other. Self chiropractic?

I get those chiro cracks when I do certain twists in yoga & qigong. It partly why I do it.

I've opted to punish the recalcitrant shoulder with weights and more resistance.

Yes, I tested my shoulder today by using a pickaxe on a pile of gravel. No,I'm not that bright.

For a foot that is numb, it sure causes me a lot of pain.

I might have to switch my doctors. He told me they don't have diabetes in third world countries nor do you find it in animals because of their mostly meat diets. He says if I just eat meat and cut out all the carbohydrates including fruits and vegetables, I'll lose weight and cure my diabetes.
