For some reason, my Mac decided it would be better to talk with my appletv instead of my auxiliary screen. Just needed to unplug my appletv and it reset.

Off to Oakhurst for a surprise dentist visit (Surprise in they had an opening and I agreed to go rather than oh my god my mouth is filling full of blood what should I do) Protest sign creation for tomorrow's protest.

I bailed on going out tonight. 

Friday the 13th hit Tara hard. She got to the DC airport early to avoid the potential impact of the parade and thunder struck. Her 3:00 flight was delayed due to storms. It’s now 12:30 there and she’s still waiting for her rescheduled flight. They said it would be now. It’s a total mess there. 

So we’re home. Stacy is watching some Italian murder comedy and I’m watching an old chanbara film. Just texted Tara. She said they’re waiting for a new crew now.

The Cruz protest is only from 10-11:30 to make room for a Juneteenth gathering. I’m going to try to blast through my Kung Fu workout and get over to it.

The Juneteenth thing is here today also. Poor scheduling on their part in my opinion.

There were a couple cities where the No Kings conflicted with Pride Day Parades. They combined the events into "No, Kings, but Yaay Queens" events.

Supposedly 12k people in San Jose. They closed streets for us to walk. Some very clever signs.

Nice. Cruz came in over 10K. Also many clever signs. Ran into many friends. Twas glorious.

Lots of yard chores like planting flowers for Aoife to dig up, water, hang the bat house and remove a bunch of wasp nests in the garage.

Stacy’s got clients over the hill so I’ll be working, maybe writing, to get ahead for next week (2 shows booked). Doing laundry and hanging out with Duke Yuki. Tara will call later and I’m eager to hear of her trip.
