Got 2 telemeets today and in between I’ll hump seventeen, then work (as always), Duke Yuki outing (as always) & iai - been skipping my practices over the last few weeks - time to get back to it.

I missed yesterday? Hmph.

Yesterday was yoga (restorative - there was a retelling of a fable during shivasana but I dozed off and missed the conclusion), work, Duke Yuki, and then Benzllla came by for some Rebreast 12 and Roger’s homegrown. It was a nice decompress from Cali Roots. Then I did a spot more of work and crashed.

I just did my verve run with Duke Yuki & picked up some Dead coffee for a thank you gift for my evil twin who set us up for parking at SKZ. Im about to head to Kung Fu, then to the veg fest, checking on Duke Yuki & Bella the frenchie who has injured her back (frenchies are fragile). Then I might go to a local brewery for a reggae dub sound system.

Man, I’m not sleeping well with Stacy away. I could’ve slept another hour but no…

Today is work w/2 YMAA meetings. Then I’m taking Yuki to svale to visit my mom. I had planned to go with Tara but she had an emergency with her apartment mate & their dog - both fell ill. Hopefully Yuki will behave. It’ll be an adventure for him.

All the errands. I get PT and blood work. Then I'm off to fight with the bank to do a wire transfer. I'm at the notary for a millionth time to sign papers to transfer the apartments into my name. Grocery shopping for the Queen's birthday feast.
