Today's race is to get the last document delivered by Fedex to non-antarctic sister. She then gets to take it to the recorders office. Once it is is recorded, she takes a copy to the Title company. And we are done. If all is done correctly, our estate bank account gets a big goddamn money transfer on Tuesday.

On the day escrow closes for Lynch Castle, I signed paperwork starting the process of selling my mother's family home in Cambridge, MA. Hopefully this process will be done by the end of August.
