I had a good Kung Fu workout, surprising for after a show. I finished off my canned coffee from last night and that gave me extra qi. I should drink coffee before every Kung Fu sess. 

Now Im having some fresh salad that Stacy got from the farmer’s market with an artichoke cooking, then sauna, epsom salt bath, and nap. Then I gotta cut pills (not a euphemism)

Today went as planned except I had a wicked allergy attack after taking Yuki to the park. My immunity was lower due to last night’s late night. 

A friend texted me with a free ticket to Fortunate Youth (Cali reggae band). It was a $40 ticket but I declined. I need to rest and recover. I’ve been sneezing & coughing all evening and now I’m going to turn in early, despite a good post-sauna-salt-bath nap. Today is a rest day.

I slept like a stone. Good Kung Fu sess + allergy attack = 9 hours solid. Would’ve stayed in bed long but my bladder…

I’m sore. Sore body, sore face. Yoga was down soft, tai chi style. But I got through without any major sneezing attacks. I was toying with heading out to the Woodhouse where there’s a 420 party Thar some friends are DJing, they are serving up jerk salmon, but Im going to bail. Gotta rest for Tuesday.

Feeling better today, mostly recovered from that allergy attack, only some remaining congestion in my left lung. Despite years of qigong practice, my left lung is still the weak one, the one I collapsed in college. That was such a turning point in my life.

Today I’ve got one long ass telemeeting with the boss, and several odd tasks that I meant to take care of last weekend but just slept instead: stuff for Immortal & TCEC mostly.

Finishing up work and then heading over to my mom's early. Then meeting up with one of my JNK and headed to BGC for Phish. 

Still not at 100%. More like 90%. That allergy attack kicked my ass.

Marcus & I shall grab breaky, prolly that fine svale establishment Black Bear, then he heads home to Merced and I might tune into a telemeet for immortal it the timing is right (they only told me about it yesterday and I already warned them I might not be game afte phish), then writing for TCEC, YMAA & immortal, then back to the phish pond for round 2.
Still have some left lung congestion, but I’m on some expectorant now which I should’ve started earlier but was in denial like I get, plus some Chivas Regal 12 of my dad’s that Stacy found. It’s gotta have another dozen years on it now, but blended whiskies in bottles don’t really improve with age - it’s extra smooth, like nothing, then it has a mild blended bite.

Slept until almost noon. Made of for almost not sleeping the night before. Slow season at the shop means I worry about $, but I also don’t have to go in on days off, like today. I still gotta get stabbed though. No respite from stabbing.
