Nose to the grindstone 2025
So did either of you get busted at Hands Off? I felt bad missing that but I had funeral chores.

Heading to yoga soon, then meeting my JAH med co-supe because she’s going up to Arcata for the meeting and inventory. She wants to join our dog walk so we might do Arana.

No going to the pokey for me. It was very fun affair. The Queen figured we would get about twenty people, but over three hundred showed up. The reaction from people driving by was overwhelmingly positive. One guy did give us the thumbs down, but he was stupid enough to be in his company truck.

In weird encounter news, I bumped into the guy who makes the Yosemite Notes videos at the demonstration. Last time I bumped into him, he was filming in the Awahnee meadow. It is surreal when we cross paths.

Excellent. I was wondering how that might play out in your red county. Was worried you might get…

…lynched.

Ha! I see what you did there.

I had plenty of trepidation heading out. But it was a tremendously positive event. Can recommend.

San Jose was a big event, although not compared to Boston or New Yorik. St. James Park was pretty much filled with people. We then walked down to Santa Clara Street, up to the corner by city hall and back to the park. There were speakers, but what little I could hear was pretty weak, and the PA wasn't strong enough so I couldn't hear much. Some clever signs. No police in sight except for a transit cop keeping the light rail tracks clear.

Glad you both had positive experiences. The FOMO is real.

Monday work day, laundry, packing. One long telemeeting.

Christina just heard that the crowd estimate for San Jose was 5300.

At work. Have to troubleshoot a 3d printer and have no clue what the issue is.

Called in for jury duty and was told to call back tomorrow. Woo-hoo! Which is good since I have a rehab appointment tomorrow.

Make a ton of hotel reservations. Get my shoulder twisted and frozen. Send off more jewelry to be sold.

Why you reserve hotel rooms? Where you go?

One meeting down
One to go

Then we’re outta here

I’ll be offline until Friday

Until that time…

The Queen and I are taking a break in May. We'll be visiting the exciting state of California, particularly the 395 corridor.

"California"? Never heard of it.

Gone completely to the dogs. A total Furry Road, if you will

Another day of not having to do Jury Duty.

I had to look up that road. It's long. Heading North or South?
