Pleasant "day in the life" from Yeti liked peeps
Driving to Raymond where I will start whittling down the mountain. It's early. My metaphors come premixed.

Four straight hours of training was a lot. My shoulders felt more open than usual in iai, but my legs were done. We did some distance drills with bokken, and one of the students is 6’ 3” or so, so I had to scramble to make up the distance. Now my body is still vibrating. We shall see if I’ll be able to get out of bed tomorrow. My legs and buttocks are spent.

Fortunately I can sleep in. No telemeets. Just busy work - rote stuff that I don’t need my frontal lobe to do.

No yoga in the morning either - just day 3 of 5 in the evening. Loving the new studio. So convenient and spacious. The intensive is supposed to be level 1-3, but Kofi led more of a 3-5 last night.’

Last day of work for the year. I have some things to do, but I'll loaf some. Probably cut out a little early if no one else is around.

The Kung Fu academy is closed for the holidays so I planned to sleep in but all the yoga woke my prana and I was awake in time for a run to the farmer’s market but I wasn’t awake enough to dress properly because I hadn’t had my morning caffeine and I’m standing in the rain in my flannel regretting my decision until I got a Hidden Fortress cappacino and some clam chowder and then it was a happy solstice morning.

Then I went downtown for some Xmas shopping which was surprisingly mellow then by ace for some drain opener, and I realized I was right next to our new yoga studio and Stacy was about to come out in 15 mins, so I grabbed a bagel and a Drink Weird and waited to drive her the four blocks home.

Next maybe I’ll wrap some gifts…

I’m sure they do, too.

Well, this rain is putting a damper on my festival of burning. So it might just be a day off cutting. And football. And cutting.
