Pleasant "day in the life" from Yeti liked peeps
#76
We’re off because it’s the weekend and we’re not supposed to talk about work, which I’m so fine with.

There’s a short hike to some vista planned and then a lake cruise dinner that semi-formal (no shorts or T-shirts).

Today is the wildcard adventure. We might go jet sking if the weather is ok. I think it’ll be too cold but the bossmang is lending me a wetsuit. No, I have never met skied in my life. Then we’re going to load an atf on his truck. Sound kinda cray but I’m up for the adventure of it (and what else am I gonna do?)

Gonna write postcards.

Another day on the North hill cutting up buck brush and fallen trees. It's amazing how much wood there is in a buck brush. Spending the rest of the day not moving. My farmer's tan is really come in nicely.

Only now working on the farmer's tan Greg? It's already Autumn.

Back at work. Need to figure out some automated emailing for the database app and I think I deleted the email password.

Back to the stab shack. Teeth are doing great. Still taking antibiotics. I quit taking the heavy painkillers after 24 hours,* switched to tylenol. Yesterday, I switched to Advil (determined to enjoy it until I resume bloodthinners on Thursday).

So far, not much pain. The procedure went so smoothly that they finished an hour early.

*They were starting to make me itch.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

Sorry, I've been too self absorbed in my own adventures to consider the Yeti's chompers.
Does anyone else here think of this?

Glad to hear you can bite again.

Today is a straight up work day. We went to Seabreeze cafe for a lovely breakfast. I've been working steadily ever since. Plus I'm doing laundry. Tonight I plan to binge some mindless TV and finish my bag of Garrett's cheese corn. Mmmmm cheese corn. Such greasy goodness. May need gloves and a bib. Or maybe I just need a tarp under my nekkid body. MMMMM cheese corn...

Bro! You are the one who got me hooked on this damn Garretts. And the cheese corn is the best.

You can't tell me you're not salivating right now.

Another work day. Stacy went over to my mom’s to sort another contractor and get quotes on more work. I must pick up our box of organic veggies at companion bakery on the mission in a bit (which means I’m treating myself to a gallette). I have a few other odd errands to sort - prep for MJF this weekend. I’m thinking tonight I might do a sauna. Definitely must finish my Garrett’s because that doesn’t keep. I hit the grease wall last night with about a third of the bag to go.

How did I hook you up with Garretts? I am probably to blame for many things but I don't recall that infraction.
