Congratulations to Ms. Bri! That seemed to happen very quickly.

Times speeds up as you get older... or so it seems. But it's been 3 yers already.

Next up - the bar for her.

I had a TPLA telemeeting yesterday and time seemed to slow down for that...way down.

My first telemeeting was a no show. My YMAA boss posted that he's on vacation today. Maybe that'll impinge upon my second telemeeting because that was exclusively with him. Whatevs, man...

Last day of classes. I was hoping to laser cut some paper, but too many procrastinating students cutting things. I'm smelling a lot of burnt plywood. Oh well. Today is our last open day, so I'll do it tomorrow.

Well today didn’t go at all as planned. My two telemeets were no shows and then Stacy bailed on the SF trip because she wasn't feeling well. She had a sick client a few days ago who was in denial of being sick and Stacy has been on edge. She’s leaving to Hawaii on Wednesday and must be healthy by then so she opted to stay home and rest. It was a shame because she planned the congratulatory dinner for Bri.

I went up to SF alone and met Tara, Bri, Bri’s grandma & brother. Bri ducked into BGC to prepare. We grabbed lunch at the Asian Art (I had the salmon) then went over. We met another friend, Tia, who was on her way to the Giants game. BGC was packed, and weird to be in BGC for this. It’s where I’ve worked and seen countless shows. It’s where I first saw the Grateful Dead and I still haven’t come down from that all the way. I’ve been all over that building, even in some secret books to sneak a toke.

The UC Law SF (the law school formerly known as Hastings) grad ceremony was 400+ students and 3 hours. It was joyful tho. An exciting afternoon at BGC. Afterwards we had dinner at Wilder (I had the salmon). Then I dropped everyone off at Tara & Bri’s and came home.

What a Monday - the start to an improbable week…

Today started with a telemeeting where I got to report a major goal beat, but my Mac was fussy so I had to scramble to sort it on my PC. Stupid Mac. Can I still blame the Aurora for all this chicanery?

The rest of today has all been work.
