I dreamed that I was cutting some card stock, and I looked down at my hands and saw that I was holding a flyer for Eek-A-Mouse. Then I woke up.
Later I dreamed that I was about to get on an escalator with my Mom (who was my age or younger), going downstairs, but there was a bunch of metal kind of blocking the way (maybe a sculpture). She then started swinging through it monkey bars style, and left me standing there. And I woke up. Confused.

I dreamt last night I was at the mechanics getting ball joints for my car. They told me it would be six weeks.
You know what I'm doing in real life? Planning to go to the mechanics to get ball joints for my car. Dammit, Dreams, come up with better material.

Chucky the doll was outside my window. I went to tell someone to move him because he startled me only to find more Chucky dolls in the kitchen. I started to peel them apart but they kept talking during the dismemberment.

Do you still have your ED00M Chucky head? And if so, do you know where it is? Because it probably isn't there anymore. It's probably in your head.
Saturday night I had a disturbing dream but all I can remember was that it was post-apocalypse with sort of a Lord of the Flies situation going on and Jerry Garcia was involved. Now my conscious mind has no idea why that was so troubling, but I woke up startled as if waking from a nightmare...

I was in an old timey setting akin to Killers of the Flower Moon and I was watching Jesse Plemons stab and murder a bunch of people. I woke up at 3am to the sound of dogs barking and didn't go back to sleep

Coincidentally I dreamt I stabbed a bunch of people. It was one of my Kung Fu dreams. All I remember was that there was this array of light chromed weapons that were sharp to choose from and I selected a sword but then saw some tiger hooks and swapped the sword for those. That was a good choice because the stabbing came easily. Truth be told, it was more slashing.

A couple of dreams since I keep forgetting to post them.
1.
Background - one of the MFA artists did a show of paintings of cloud shapes with quotes over them. I was really taken by it and wondering how I could use it. In my dream I heard the phrase "Here but not" and it was like I heard it out loud - it woke me up. I have an idea for a piece. DM and Greg - where can I get a topo map?
2.
I was in a big empty building, like a hangar or a huge artist's studio. I was lifting something up from the ground, and suddenly TG's dad was behind me. I turned around and he said, "It's not enough to do it. You have to try." It feels like a message about working with intention in artwork, or having faith in the piece as I work. Incidentally, TG's dad was the only one of our Scout leaders that seemed in any way inspirational or a mentor (Mentoral? There's no adjective for that.)

My dad had a giant flat box under the bed full of them. I don't know where that ended up. I'll see if I can find it next time I'm over at my mom's.

I was in my mother's kitchen and out the window I saw the Woodbeast and Tabitha the cat. I freaked out because I knew in the dream they had been dead for many year and for whatever reason they were now back

I am working a concert venue where Taylor Swift is performing. I decide to take a break and sit on the edge of the stage to watch. I don't recognize any of the songs and she doesn't seem to be doing a good job. The venue seems to be small, second rate but she still has a bunch of people performing on stage with her. It occurs to me I should take some pictures. A woman off stage complains that she is not seeing some special feature of the show but I point to her they are shingling lights on some fantastically dressed people in one of the balconies. All the people in those two rows are dressed oddly. I figure I should send the pictures to DM to make him jealous and proceed to do so. One of the technicians has a problem pulling one of the backdrops out of a slot to change the scenery for the next number. I hesitate in my picture sending to go help, but the backdrop finally slides loose. I turn back to sending the photo but something funky is happening with the phone. I clear out the strange picture on the screen. A strange sound penetrates the arena. I look around and realize it is my morning alarm going off signaling it is time to get up.
