Sheltering in Place
Business as usual for a Wednesday, except I must stop by Wells Fargo to sign yet another version of my trusteeship transfer to my mom’s last remaining account that isn’t under my direct control (and it’s a major account).

Continue to battle the mountain of brown bread mocking me on the counter. Put in a few more fence pieces to aggravate Aoifel.

Typical Thursday - two telemeets, usual work tasks, dog outing and iai.

This week is painfully typical. I disdain this.

One more piece of the fence to install and I will be done. I will then start thinking about all the lattice in the pergola. Will give a little thought to putting together the Bird of Prey.

My remote day. Checking email and hitting the library store and Streetlight, maybe Rasputin's as well. I've got our friend's dogs, so walking them and hanging out with them in the yard and later reading on the couch while they curl up with me.

Got enough work done this week that I could not go into the shop today. Slept late instead. Now it’s laundry & errands until it’s Stabbin’ Time.

Finally Friday. Awake very early (for me) cuz Cleaning Ladies arrive early (did you know that the sun is already up at 7:30?! Amazing!). Breakfast burrito, coffee, at work early. Normal work/stabbiness, then dinner at 9:00-ish at a Fancy Fish place that opened near the club. Raw oysters await!

That's all you need to know. Come up on a Friday, we'll git you some ersterz & fishes.

That’s tempting. Add whiskey & cheese in that offer and I’ll follow you anywhere (except maybe the former AFS parking lot on a weekend night - we’re not doing that again).

It’s a drizzly Saturday here. I’m off to Kung Fu but my hip is achy (used to be my knee that was the precipitation barometer but my hip has supplanted that job). Then loaf about at home until it’s clear enough to take Yuki out. Then we have symphony tix tonight.

Early yoga class this Sunday, then KFM tasks, then a JAH med telemeet, then Yuki walkie, then some TV most likely.

Slept late, did the payroll, had coffee by the windy sea, bought a selection of cheeses for tonights light "post-flight" meal. Decided needed tinned sardines from the Spanish Table, too. Will pick up H at SFO around 10:30 tonight. She's been on a guest-speaker tour for the last 10 days, mostly in The South.

She will fly out again on Tuesday but come back on the weekend. Podcasting conference in Hell-A. She's part of a panel on AI in Storytelling.

Does she tell any Yeti stories?

It’s Monday with only one telemeet.
