That happened in my neighborhood a few years ago. About 20 goats were clearing a vacant lot, but they got loose and wandered onto the Alameda, then down onto my street. Somehow people got them to go into a yard and closed them in until the goat wrangler came.

I once almost hit an emu running around in the middle oh highway 17 by Lexington reservoir. It wasn't a flock, but was still a spectacle that brought traffic to a near halt.
