Ep01 Seen it. MCU still needs to buy some lights for filming. Will watch more.

Seen. Started to doze off in the end, not because I was sleepy. I like Jackson but he’s not doing it for me. The opening Freeman scene was totally predictable. I like Colman’s appearance a lot. That was the strongest part of the show so far for me. Clarke was ok but I can’t see her as anything fantasy-oriented without thinking of the mother of Dragons. 

Didn’t grab me but I’ll watch more too.

E2 was a bit stronger. At the very least, the tone of this series is taking shape. 

I liked the scene with Jackson and Cheadle. There was a lot going on there. 

I'm also saddened by the death which seems irrevocable now. Twas a character that I liked, even though I didn't watch much of SHIELD. 

I'm on the fence about the AI-generated opening. I suppose I'm worried AI is after my job too, so although I like the tonal change, it's a bit disturbing. 

Bring on more Coleman. She literally steals the show in this episode with one delicious torture scene. 

BTW, I rewatched E1 with Tara before she left to Tassajara. I enjoyed it more on second viewing. She enjoyed it a lot. 

I'm feeling an urge to rewatch Captain Marvel because I don't quite remember the details of the Skrull story. But I probably won't.

I'm warming up to this show. Still not completely sold, but I'm intrigued enough to invest in 4 more eps, if for no other reason than more Coleman scenes.

This was a much better episode. I'm wondering if there could be a twist about the death, although the actor seems pretty straightforward in interviews about moving on.

I'm thinking the opening could have been a lot better. Maybe have a human try to make it?

E3 - This is a bit like an old skool spy thriller in terms of slow pacing. And then suddenly there’s Skrull effects. Still not totally into this but I’m still watching. There was another surprising death in this ep. And not enough Coleman. There was also that cool scene in the trailer which was totally spoiled by seeing it in the trailer already.

My favorite most meta moment was when Fury says he doesn't like golf.

Ep04 Too many scenes of people sitting around talking saved by the finish. There are skrulls everywhere.

To follow on that thought, at the Disney Marvel or Avengers campus they have people dressed as Skrulls (or are they?) infiltrating the park.

E4: Lots of explosions. A decent fire fight with choppers and rocket launchers. Another major death. A predictable character revelation (totally knew he was skrull) No Coleman. Meh.

E5:Lots of Coleman. A better ep. It’s all about her. She needs her own series

E6: finale. Unimpressed. Did I miss something? Maybe. The weakest MCU series so far. It just didn’t have that spark, or that humor. It barely moved the over arching story arc along - maybe that’s why it was ‘secret’. Disappointed in the end. The Eternals of the MCU miniseries.
