Twas intense. Stacy is still getting the kinks worked out in the flow of it and we didn't do the entire session. If you're really curious, she's looking for subjects. She has to do 10 and get feedback sheets before she gets certified.
Interesting footnote (no pun intended) this tradition is connected to Kalaripayattu, an Indian martial art that I did some cursory research into back in the late 90s.

1009-326: Work a bit, then head home and work some more. Stacy has two victims volunteers for trample samples lined up this morning. She's got her table set up in the living room, so I'll be hidden in back in my work nook with Yuki.

Fix sprinklers in the garden. Walk dog who doesn't want walks. Fill head with more trip plans. Finish making beef jerky.

1010-327: It’s a triple telemeet Thursday which is too damn much really but what can be done? Such is working remotely. Then after a few odd work tasks it’s up to SF to pick up Tara and head to the GotGV3 imax screener at metreon. Then home again. I hoped to be asleep 2 hours ago but my brain circus is 4 or 5 rings deep right now. So much to think about. Too damn much really.

TRIPLE T THURSDAY - sounds like something they would have said on rock radio when we were in high school. I miss radio like it was before Live Nation etc. took over.
My remote day, so I'll go to the used bookstore, and I have $10 of quarters to take to the bank and get real money. Then I'll probably go spend it at Rasputin.

I miss radio like it was before Live Nation etc. took over. I still listen to college radio. KSPB radio Stevenson in pebble beach had a show one time that was all ska in Spanish. It was great. KZSC just had a program the other day that was also all Spanish, but was more in the alt rock vein. I found myself using Shazam thru out the show to figure out what artist/song was being played. I found the playlist for show online later: https://kzsc.org/schedule/ I still catch *KFJC* sometimes when I'm over the hill, and on the far right of the dial, I listen to KPIG sometimes. It's not wild rock radio DJs from the 80'/90's but at least it doesn't feel so programmed. for non-terrestrial radio, I've been listening to radioparadise.com (probably for about 20 years). Bill was the DJ at KPIG that got the station online. He left and started his own internet radio. Commercial free. Super eclectic. Highly recommended. --tg

I listen to radio too while I work and I'm pissed off at KZSC for cancelling my Tues morn reggae show from my bud, DJ Spleece. At least they're keeping DJ Tiffany (Thurs morn reggae) for now. Listening to her as I type this.

KCSM when I'm near a radio, or NPR if I can't get KCSM.
Ugh. Outta bed @ 6:00am to make coffee/spackle for H as she has to get to campus early today. How do people do this? I was awake at 4:30. Now I'm just waiting to go to the dentist later this morning before a fill day at the shop and then Stabbytown.

No comment about arise and shine times.
Good luck with the Dentist. I hope it isn't too boring! But I guess you know the drill.

Greg, I think you and Christina are two of a kind - she gets up about 4 every day. No alarm clock, she says she just wakes up and can't sleep any more.
