Tried to nap when the fire choppers ceased but some random old friends started texting me. Then I got engrossed in the Rushdie stabbing story.

Frederick DP. Taking Yukz here instead of Star of the Sea because I have to leave early to get up to STS9 and the SotS pack doesn’t show up until later. I’m pretty much packed for tomorrow’s hike. We leave early in the morning

4;20 am and I gotta pee. At least it’s more convenient than crawling over Stacy’s sleeping bag, finding my Tevas and flashlight and stumbling around in the forest looking out for bears. But I do miss watering redwood saplings - a strangely gratifying experience.

Listening to Jerry on Spotify. Tara made me a post-OSL songlist which got me hooked to the app. Tidying up some odd work jobs and getting ready to take Yuki to the dog park. 

It's cool and overcast here in the Cruz. A tad chilly.

Listening to the 88Rising Head in the Clouds mix on Spotify. Most of it is pop crap but Atarashii Gakko caught my ears.

Getting ready to take Yukz to the dog park. He's gazing at me expectantly. 

My editor wants me to have 15 Korean action films for my next DoG feature. I have about half that right now... open to suggestions, D00Mers...

The Witch: Subversion = All over the place, but not bad. The action was good even if the story was a little confused at the end.
