Sheltering in Place
Sounds like yesterday’s sportsball was a downer.

678: work

I feel stuck in a rut.

So much sadness.

Today I write about Oliver Lippincott and his Locomobile.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

Sad about sportsball, my rut or the locomobile?

Or just sad?

Cloudy this morning. Enjoyed hot coffee for the first time in months (our coffee maker had been failing and we finally replaced it). Had a good workout and now at work.

Mondays are odd. I overnight at H's nest, but she leaves early to commute to work, so I wake up alone in her place. I don't have to go into the shop, so I'll work from my cave, run errands, and then go to the club around 5 to teach until 9.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

680: My Wednesday meeting has been moved so it’s just work, then taking my mom to the dentist and then home.

681: First full day of our new YMAA telemeter schedule. Then Kung Fu. Then maybe Fist of Vengeance if I can stay awake. Had a rough night last night with an allergy attack keeping me up.

682: work, CHSA meeting, dog park, tv.

Haven’t been to the dog park since Monday and I’m surprised how much I miss it. It’s my main social outlet.

We used to be very dog park social. It was akin to heading t the pub, I assume. Then Maeve was bad.....

I wouldn’t’ve made a pub comparison but I get where you’re coming from. Pubs mean food and drink to me. No one brings food other than dog treats. There’s a homeless dude that often brings a beer. He lives in his van. His name is Han and he has a pit named Chica. No one has seen him for a few weeks and there’s some concern about that. There was another dude that kept calling me Han because Han and I are Asian and he couldn’t tell us apart. His wife is a Tai chi practitioner and is the one who turned me on to Midnight Diner.

683: Kung Fu. Not sure what else. Maybe something weekendish. That would be refreshing.

So many chores. Take down the Christmas lights. Finish the two remaining bookcases. Vacuum. Watch another 8 hours of curling.

Right before I joined this team, the former director took the group curling as a team building event. Best team name:  "Jesus Swept"
