I searched that and all I found were pix of Guinan - arguably the least hot of all the ST babes.

Congrats. Can't wait to crash on the new Awahnee couch and be molested by the hounds.

We had 60 people visit the house, only 10 of who were neighbors. The agent seemed pretty pleased and he is going to talk to us when he comes by today for Open House: The Seconding.
I jokingly asked him if he had sold the house. He said possibly.

We had another 48 visitors come through the house on Sunday. The Queen and I found a bench in the park to hang out on.
Paul, the realtor, said there were three or four very interested parties. One group had to bring in their money from Russia. Another party was looking to get out of another offer they had already placed on another house. There is a potter (Not Harry) who liked our garage for a workshop. One couple stayed for over an hour. Paul is going to see by Tuesday whether we need to run an open house next week.
Meanwhile, the Heights is putting on a show. The grass on the hillsides has never been more verdant. Swarms of painted lady butterflies are migrating through in an unending stream. Purple flowers bloom everywhere. I walk the dogs through jasmine scented air in the mornings. It's like the neighborhood is trying to convince us to stay. But then I catch a guy riding his mini-bike illegally on the hiking trails and I figure I'm good to go.
Currently, we have switched our focus from buying to maybe building a new house. There are lots of pieces of properties where we could build up in Oakhurst. And none of the homes that we see hit the sweet spot of great house and great property. Yes, I have been seduced by the lure of having a big piece of property. And sadly, one of my favorite pieces of property that had an adequate home on it, was sold on Saturday.
So, the hunt continues.

Perhaps it's bidding you farewell.
How much are you asking, if you don't mind me asking?

We are asking the princely sum of $724,500. I know, right? But that is right in the ball park for this neighborhood.

Wow, that seems low for Cali. But I don't know the market for your hood. How much did you invest in repairs?

Just checked out your zillow. The ol' place looks great! Good call on the paint colors and the dark wood floors. Hope you get offers above your asking price.

All I need now is some bidders.
We had a couple stop by last night and will have another viewing on Thursday. We will also be doing an open house again on Saturday.
