Hey,you! Get Offa My Lawn!
#1
I'm getting tired of the 20-something whippersnappers stealing my trends. Whether it's Poker, Anime, Pirates or HK flicks it eventually catches on and prices me out of the market.

Ghost Rider has been my favorite comic ever since I was a wee lad in the '60s. The flaming-skull motorcycle stunt rider that works in a carnival by day and becomes an avenging angel of death at night was about as awesome as you can get.

Suddenly it struck me. If the movie turns out to be another 'Pirates of the Caribbean' blockbuster it will be harder to buy those precious back issues! My dream of covering a wall or two with those glorious covers will be destroyed!

I can now buy old '60s and '70s issues for about $2 - $4 each. Sometimes less.

Please. Please. Please. Let the movie flop.

In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

You could totally capitalize on being the avante garde. Instead of waiting for the masses to price you out of the market, you should invest in all the booty early. That way, you could be selling it back to the masses at a tidy profit while you move on to more new stuff. At least, that's what a *real* poker pirate would do....
