rDm has yet to sample the brown. Perhaps tonight. A gal in glamping - a cute friend of an acquaintance - offered dm $50 (or whatever) for a nibble but dm doesn’t charge for such things usually.
So there dm was, trying to fix this zipper on a mad psychedelic jumpsuit of a grinding gorgeous fitness model, face to panties as her friend held a flashlight and the dj boomed a reggae/dubstep mix. It was hard to focus on the zipper. Feckin impossible really. And although dm failed in this mission, his two jMED accomplices witnessed this sound system scandalous scene with jaws on the dance floor. Dirty Hoel & Jameson were bragging earlier about having an epiphany at a pop up marshmallow booth back stage earlier but both had to concede that dm won the day - and the night. Most donations and a sexy karmic payback inna dancehall - dm’s best aftershow dj experience of 2019.
Day 1 was a good day.

Jo Mersa Marley was a Damien rip off but not annoyingly so. Good start for the day. Sun peaked out.
Not really invested in today’s acts. Expendables maybe. Just gonna hustle self care.

Tried the marshmallow - not impressed but I’m not into sweets.
Cold & overcast today. Sun peeks out for like 5 mins thru pockets in the clouds and it gets hot. Then it runs for cover and it’s cold again .

It’s raining now.
Getting harder.
Thought I was more under the tree but no. I’m next the the tree and the branches go the other way. The rain is really loud and it’s shaking my coleman. Hope it holds.
Got busy after 3 - all shrooms. Jedi were on it tho. All happy endings. 4 special friends - 3 returning clients
Atomic blond nibble dms stem and kept asking for more. No more stem takers. Just as well, they weren’t very potent. Dancehall rat trap giraffe. Polite rain but turned srs when the dj defaulted to a song along playlist.

Tent held. Raining lightly. Need to pee but don’t want to get up.
Forgot to mention that a raver ninjette whipped and almost choked dm with her lightsaber-cat o nine as he exited the dancehall space. Again dirty Hoel & Jameson were witnesses.
Packing out is gonna be wet. And I don’t even know if I’ll be able to get my car out tonight.
I’m up and out. It’s raining hard.
Good news is that the forecast sez it won’t start raining until noon. Whelp.
My umbrella is in my car near where the dancehall was staged. I could’ve grabbed it last night but I was in denial about how deep me car is blocked for the exit so I didn’t want to go by. fml

My car is pinned in tightly - 7 cars deep in either direction. I’m not getting out of here anytime soon.

So ub40 cancelled throwing today’s schedule into chaos. Cypress hill did not play black Sunday at 4:20, which was the main reason I came. They played much later and black Sunday was uninspired. But right afternoon hey blew it up.
Radios are fucked up. Like listening to Klingon.
Had an intense backstage rescue. Full lights and sirens.
Rain has been polite.
I’m packed out but stuck.
The 3rd worst spot possible blocked by 7 cars in every direction. Everyone will have to leave in the same order as arrival for me to free my car. I will probably sleep in it tonight, skip the night in the Cruz I was hoping for, and head back to my mom’s. Missed two chances to get pix with my zipper gals - now I’m too freaked out about it. Maybe it was better left as a dream.
DSoja does nothing for me.

I am so fucked parking wise. Ironically this venue is the closest to my home. But I’m seriously trapped by the dumbest parking set up ever. For a moment, when I first parked, I thought it would be bad and that I should move it. But I didn’t. Dumb.
This is the first time I’m sleeping in my crv. I think I slept in my fit but I can’t remember exactly. Never slept in my Prius. Slept in every car prior to that. This makes me feel young. Not. Dropping the seats leaves a lump mid back. But it’s so quiet. And my head is rung

Great afterparty. Doc Ben, nurse robin, Dirty hoel & dm. Weirdest liquors on a serve yourself bar. Lots of cake but too late for nachos. Managed to mix a gin & tonic w/limes. Tried peanut butter whisky and yes, that’s even worse than it sounds.
